Most questions are answered in the manual. If yours isn't, write to us — a person reads every message.

hello@domisol.app — for anything at all: a bug, a feature request, a score that won't import, or a billing question.
If you're reporting a problem, these three things get it fixed fastest:
- What you were doing, and what happened instead.
- Whether you were on the web, Android, or iPhone.
- A link to the score, or a screenshot.
Open a support ticket
Signed-in users can open a ticket and follow the thread — replies appear wherever you're signed in, so nothing gets lost in a spam folder.
- On the web: open the support portal →
- On iPhone or Android: Settings → Support & tickets. It's the same conversation, so you can start it on your phone and finish it on a laptop.

On the mobile apps
DomiSol for Android is on Google Play, and DomiSol for iPhone is in early access on TestFlight. Both carry the same library, editor and playback as the web app.
Plans and AI credits can be bought in the app, billed through your Google Play or App Store account, or on the web. Either way the plan belongs to your DomiSol account and works everywhere you sign in. In the app it is under Settings → Plan & credits.
To delete your account from a phone, open Settings → Delete account.
Support tickets work in the app too — Settings → Support & tickets — including when you can't sign in on the web.
