Delete your account

You can permanently delete your DomiSol account and everything in it at any time. Here's exactly how, and what happens when you do.

How to request deletion

There are two ways to delete your DomiSol account. Both remove the same data, described below.

Option 1 — Email us

Send an email from the address you signed up with to hello@domisol.app with the subject "Delete my account". We verify the request and permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. This is the recommended route for DomiSol mobile app users.

Option 2 — Delete it yourself in the web editor

If you'd rather do it immediately and without waiting:

  1. Open the DomiSol editor at dash.domisol.app and sign in with the same account you use on mobile.
  2. Open the account menu (your avatar, top-right).
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and data are erased immediately, and this cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, with no additional retention period:

  • Your account and sign-in credentials (email / Google identity).
  • Your profile (display name and avatar).
  • Every score you've created, including private and shared scores.
  • Any files you uploaded for AI features (score photos, audio recordings). These are already deleted right after processing; the account deletion removes anything remaining.
  • Your usage records and app-activity history.

What is kept, and for how long

We do not keep a copy of your scores or profile after deletion. Two narrow exceptions may be retained only where we're required to or for abuse-prevention, and never linked to your identity for product use:

  • Feedback or support messages you chose to send us (so we can track recurring requests). Ask us to remove these too and we will.
  • Minimal server logs and backups, which roll off automatically within 30 days.

Export first, if you want a copy

Deletion is permanent. If you want to keep your work, export it before deleting: every score can be saved as a PDF from the editor, and the full JSON form of your scores is available on request at hello@domisol.app.
